Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
(Tried on clothing is OK)
 
To complete your return, we require your Order Number. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Clothing with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery date

There are certain situations where refunds are granted without returning the item: 

  • Clothing that is damaged due to shipping
    (Images Required)
  • Any item that is Damaged, Misprinted and/or Low Quality
    (Images Required)
  • Lost Packages in Transit
    (Must be shown as "Not Delivered" under tracking number.)


Refunds (if applicable) 
To Intitate a Refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid lost/stolen packages. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us may vary. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all Refunded Transactions.


Exchanges (if applicable)
Although we do not accept direct exchanges, you may request an exchange in form of a store gift card with full amount of your initial order. A Restocking Fee will be not be charged however shipping costs(if applicable) are non-refundable.
Gift card amount will be your order total (taxes included) before shipping costs.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


Sale items/Discount Bundles (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items including special discount bundles cannot be refunded/returned. This does not include items discounted by a promo code.
